On the way to Saint Augustine from High Springs, I decided to stop by Welcome to the Royal Manor Meadery and Winery to see my good friend and owner, Joe Pasco. I first met Joe at the Cocoa Beach Pirate Festival in 2014, then saw him again at the Florida Renaissance Festival, and most recently at Camelot Days. Everyone can attest his Meads are top-notch. He was kind enough to gift me with a bottle of Traditional Mead. I loved eating the velvety blueberries right off the bush, petting all of his happy dogs, and laughing with his wife, Wanda.
